Contrary to popular belief, Oktoberfest isn’t just about the beer. Before the Oktoberfest celebration even had its own beer, taverns and “eating houses” (including the Hofbräuhaus in Munich, Germany) served delicious Bavarian fare to revelers.

Oktoberfest Schlachteplatte: A Butcher Platter with your choice of blood sausage ring or liver sausage ring, 1 lbs. each. This is a very authentic specialty item. Served with homemade mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, and red cabbage

HB Räucherplatte: A variety of smoked Bavarian meats and sausages

HB Oktoberfest Rouladen: Braised beef roll with bacon, onions, and pickles
