Efficient as the day is long, the Gruber features pre-measured pour options determined by individual buttons that specify the variety of beer and how much may be poured.
Ok, so how does it stay so cold? Our beer is stored in a beer cooler that is at a constant (and chilly!) 33˚ Fahrenheit. Glycol lines ensure it stays nice and icy while being pumped, with the help of nitrogen and Co2, through our system to your stein. Pretty cool, right? (Pun intended)
While our Gruber may take a lot of the guesswork out of the perfect pour, our servers still have their own secrets to pouring perfection.
